To help us reply faster, please include:

  • your device model
  • your iOS version
  • your app version
  • what happened
  • a screenshot, if available

For purchase or restore questions, please also include:

  • whether this was a new purchase or a restore
  • which App Store account region you are using
  • whether the unlock screen showed the correct product and price
  • any error message you saw

GolCarta has no ads. The full unlock is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription.
