Privacy Policy for GolCarta / Spanish Football Quick Cards

This Privacy Policy applies to GolCarta / Spanish Football Quick Cards (the "App"), provided by Aslanto ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Overview

The App is a vocabulary and quick-reference app for football and matchday Spanish. The App is designed to work mainly offline. In the current version, users do not need to create an account or sign in.

2. Information We Process

In the current version, we do not collect or transmit personal data to our own servers during normal use of the App.

The App may store the following information locally on your device so the App can function properly:

  • your favorite cards
  • your learned card status
  • your display language preference
  • category, tag, filter, shuffle, and card-position preferences
  • preview quota, full-unlock status, and purchase entitlement status needed to unlock or restore paid access

The App also includes a text-to-speech feature. When you tap the speech function, the App uses your device's speech engine to read words or phrases aloud. We do not receive or store that spoken content on our own servers.

If you contact us directly by email or another support channel, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and message content, in order to reply to you.

3. How We Use Information

We use information only to:

  • provide the App's core features
  • remember your settings and progress on your device
  • play text-to-speech audio on your device
  • respond to support or business inquiries you send to us

4. Sharing and Disclosure

As of April 24, 2026, the current version of the App:

  • does not include third-party advertising SDKs
  • does not use third-party analytics SDKs
  • does not sell your personal information
  • does not share your personal information with advertisers for tracking or targeted advertising during normal App use

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

5. Paid Unlock and In-App Purchases

As of April 24, 2026, the App does not display third-party ads.

If we introduce advertising or third-party analytics in a later release, we will update this Privacy Policy and any required App Store disclosures before that version becomes available.

The App offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase to unlock the full card library and related premium content.

  • payment processing is handled by Apple App Store through Apple's purchase system, under Apple's own terms and privacy policies
  • we do not receive your full payment card number, Apple ID password, or full billing details
  • the App may store your paid-unlock status locally on your device
  • the App may receive limited transaction status information from Apple only as necessary to unlock or restore your purchase entitlement

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Because most App data is stored locally, it generally remains on your device until you delete the App, clear the App's local storage, or reset the relevant settings if such a feature is provided. Purchase entitlement may also be restored through Apple's purchase system where available.

Support messages or business emails you send us may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, follow up, keep records, or comply with legal obligations.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information we handle. Because the current version of the App does not normally send user data to our own servers, most usage data stays under the security controls of your device and platform provider.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through normal App use.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where required, provide additional notice in the App or store listing.

本 App 亦提供文字轉語音功能。當你使用朗讀功能時，本 App 會透過你裝置上的語音引擎讀出詞語或句子。我們不會在自己的伺服器接收或儲存該等朗讀內容。

如你主動透過電郵或其他支援渠道聯絡我們，我們可能會收到你提供的資料，例如姓名、電郵地址及訊息內容，以便回覆你。

3. 我們如何使用資料

我們只會把資料用於以下用途：

  • 提供本 App 的核心功能
  • 在你的裝置上記住你的設定及進度
  • 在你的裝置上播放文字轉語音內容

4. 資料分享與披露

截至 2026年4月24日，現時版本的本 App：

  • 不包含第三方廣告 SDK
  • 不使用第三方分析 SDK

5. 付費解鎖內容與 App 內購買

截至 2026年4月24日，本 App 目前不展示第三方廣告。

如日後版本加入廣告或第三方分析功能，我們會在該版本上線前更新本私隱政策，以及更新 App Store 所要求的相關披露資料。

6. 資料保存與刪除

7. 安全措施

本プライバシーポリシーは、Aslanto が提供する GolCarta / Spanish Football Quick Cards（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。

1. 概要

本アプリは、サッカー観戦や試合当日のスペイン語表現をすばやく参照するための語彙アプリです。現行バージョンは主にオフラインで動作し、アカウント登録やログインは必要ありません。

2. 当社が取り扱う情報

現行バージョンでは、本アプリの通常利用において、当社は個人情報を当社自身のサーバーに収集または送信しません。

本アプリの機能提供のため、以下の情報が端末内に保存されることがあります。

  • お気に入りカード
  • 学習済みステータス
  • 表示言語の設定
  • カテゴリ、タグ、絞り込み、シャッフル、カード位置などの設定
  • プレビュー回数、フルアンロック状態、および有料アクセスの有効化または復元に必要な購入権利の状態

本アプリにはテキスト読み上げ機能もあります。読み上げを実行すると、端末の音声エンジンを利用して単語やフレーズを読み上げます。当社は、その読み上げ内容を当社サーバーで受信または保存しません。

ユーザーがメールその他のサポート窓口を通じて当社に連絡した場合、当社は返信のために、氏名、メールアドレス、メッセージ内容など、ユーザーが任意に提供した情報を受け取ることがあります。

3. 情報の利用目的

当社は、情報を以下の目的にのみ利用します。

  • 本アプリの基本機能を提供するため

  • 第三者広告 SDK を組み込んでいません
  • 第三者分析 SDK を利用していません

  • 本アプリの通常利用において、追跡やターゲティング広告のために広告事業者へ個人情報を共有しません

ただし、法令、規制、法的手続、または当社、ユーザー、もしくは公衆の権利と安全を保護するために必要な場合には、情報を開示することがあります。

5. 有料アンロックと App 内課金

2026年4月24日時点で、本アプリは第三者広告を表示していません。

将来のバージョンで広告や第三者分析機能を導入する場合は、そのバージョンが公開される前に、本ポリシーおよび App Store で必要となる開示内容を更新します。

本アプリでは、一度限りの非消耗型 App 内課金により、カード全体のライブラリや関連するプレミアム内容をアンロックできます。

  • 決済は Apple App Store が Apple の購入システムを通じて、Apple の利用条件およびプライバシーポリシーに基づいて処理します
  • 当社は、完全な支払カード番号、Apple ID のパスワード、または完全な請求情報を受け取りません
  • 本アプリは、有料アンロック状態を端末内に保存することがあります
  • 本アプリは、購入権利を有効化または復元するために必要な範囲でのみ、Apple から限定的な取引状況情報を受け取る場合があります

6. 保存期間と削除

本アプリの大部分のデータは端末内に保存されるため、通常は、アプリを削除するか、アプリのローカルデータを消去するか、該当するリセット機能が提供されている場合に設定をリセットするまで端末内に残ります。購入権利は、利用可能な場合、Apple の購入システムを通じて復元できます。

ユーザーから受け取ったサポートメッセージや業務上のメールは、返信、フォローアップ、記録保存、または法令遵守のために合理的に必要な期間保持することがあります。

7. セキュリティ
